No Refund PolicyÂ
Effective Immediately
At Onsite Medical Training, LLC, we reserve instructor time, training materials, certification resources, and classroom space based on each student's registration. For this reason, all registrations are subject to the following policy:
No Refunds
All payments for scheduled CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other training courses are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Students who are unable to attend their scheduled class may request to transfer to another available class if:

The request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class starts.

Space is available in the requested class.

The transfer is approved by Onsite Medical Training, LLC.
A rescheduling fee may apply.
No-Shows
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice ("no-shows") will forfeit all registration fees and will be required to pay the full course fee to register for another class.
Late Arrivals
Students arriving after the course has begun may be denied admission if they miss required instructional content. If admission is denied, the registration fee will be forfeited, and a new registration will be required.
Course Cancellation by Onsite Medical Training, LLC
If Onsite Medical Training, LLC cancels a class due to instructor illness, severe weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or

Transfer to the next available class at no additional charge.
Agreement
By registering for any course with Onsite Medical Training, LLC, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
